Inspired by my son, I founded Garden of Joy Montessori International School. I am a certified Montessori educator, passionate about bringing Montessori philosophy into modern life and nurturing confident, compassionate, and globally minded children. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, practicing yoga, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
Ms. Katherine
Assistant Teacher
Ms. Katherine has a deep love for children. She finds great fulfillment in watching children grow and learn. Ms. Katherine has completed MyTeachstone and California Teaching Pyramid trainings. Additionally, she has earned her Associate Teacher Permit. She enjoys cooking, singing, dancing, painting, hiking, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.

Assistant Teacher
Ms. Jennifer is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is patient, caring, and deeply passionate about supporting children as they grow and learn each day. She has completed the California Teaching Pyramid training. Her love for working with children inspired her to become an early childhood educator while continuing her professional development through various organizations. Ms. Jennifer is dedicated to giving her very best to the children and families she serves. In her spare time, she enjoys activities like painting, drawing, reading and watching movies.

Ms. Lucia is fluent in both English and Spanish. With a lifelong love for children and a dream of becoming a preschool teacher since childhood, she is passionate about guiding and supporting young learners with care and enthusiasm. Ms. Lucia is thrilled to be part of the Garden of Joy Montessori team, where she lovingly nurtures children as if they were her own and joyfully celebrates every milestone along their journey. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts, decorating, cooking, staying organized, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
