Admission

Finding the right school is an important step, and we're here to make the process smooth and welcoming for your family. Our admission process usually begins with an inquiry, typically followed by a personalized tour to see our program in action and discuss your child's needs. We then offer a simple application to ensure we're the right match for each other, as our priority is creating a nurtuing fit for your child's happy growth.

Admission Process

Thank you for considering Garden of Joy Montessori to nurture and educate your child. Due to high demand and limited spaces, we recommend reaching out at least six months before your desired start date. Choosing the right school is a big decision, which is why we offer a 2-week Adjustment Period to ensure a good fit, allowing both families and school to confirm that our program meets your child’s needs.

Step 1: Interest Form

Our doors are always open. Please complete our Interest Form and email back to the included email address for initial interest.

Step 2: Schedule Tour

With the completed Interest Form, parents or guardians may schedule a weekday school tour. This way, you and your child get the opportunity to see our school environment, and have the chance to meet with our students and staff. 

Step 3: Application

After you complete a tour of our school, if both the school and family decide to move forward with the enrollment process, an Enrollment Application and associated payments must be completed to secure a place.

Step 4: Packet

Upon completion of the previous three steps, you will then be able to access our entire Enrollment Packet on the Playground app, which needs to be completed before your child starts school.

Tuition and Fees

We believe in transparent and straightforward communication, especially when it comes to tuition and fees. Our tuition structure is all inclusive and covers your child's full program, healthy meals, enriching activities and resources. We are always happy to discuss any questions you may have. Our goal is to make this part of your journey as simple and stress free as possible.

Registration

Non refundable Registration fee and 2 Week Adjustment Period tuition must be paid to secure a place in the school and begin adjustment period to help determine if there is a proper fit between our school and your family.

Adjustment Period

When determined by both family and school that our program is a proper fit, the remaining additional fees must be paid which includes remaining Monthly Tuition, Deposit and Annual Material fee. These must be paid on or before the first day of child's third week of school.​​

Tuition

Tuition can be paid annually, semi- annually, or in monthly installments. 

Monthly tuition is due on or before the 3rd of every month. After the 3rd, a daily late fee will incur.

Non Payments

Non payment will be considered termination of enrollment agreement, effective after the 7th day of non payment. No refunds of Materials Fees, Deposits, or Registration Fees will be given for non payment termination of enrollment agreements.
